SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

As a packaging manufacturer, AFMPACK has adopted the following principles as its social responsibility policy:

Forced Labor: No employee within our company can be subjected to forced labor.

Child Labor: Child labor is not acceptable in any form within our company. Except for mandatory cases such as interns and apprentices, the minimum age defined by laws is taken as the standard.

Discrimination: No one in the workplace can be discriminated against due to gender, age, origin, color, religious beliefs, or any other characteristic.

Wages and Rights: Every employee works in exchange for a wage. As compensation, no employee can be paid less than the minimum wage determined by the laws. All employees are paid their rightful wages, along with all legal rights, upon presentation of a payslip.

Working Hours and Overtime: Working hours for all our establishments are announced on notice boards. Local country laws are adhered to regarding weekly working hours. Maximum working hours as determined by law are observed in cases of overtime. The principle of voluntariness applies to all overtime work. Overtime is documented, and the rates for overtime pay are taken as determined by the laws.

Penalties: No employee in the workplace can be penalized for mistakes made in their work, nor can their rights be curtailed for such reasons.

Bribery and Favoritism: We guarantee a fair working life with a recruitment and promotion process free from any reasons that could affect the necessity of impartial decision-making, such as religion, language, sect, gender, kinship in situations like hiring, purchasing, sales activities, promotion, authority change, annual leave, and other leaves.

Prevention of Harassment, Ill-Treatment, and Abuse: No employee can be subjected to harassment, ill-treatment, or abuse. Every individual employee has value and dignity. Every employee is expected to adhere to this principle. Our workplace complies with international conventions on human rights, as well as constitutional and legal societal ethical values.
