  • To conduct our activities in a sensitive manner towards product integrity, legal requirements, ethical values, human rights, our stakeholders, and our environment, in accordance with our responsibilities.
  • To enhance quality to the highest level while maintaining product authenticity.
  • To foster a risk-based thinking by exhibiting a proactive approach in all our activities.
  • To create a sustainable quality culture and reflect the total quality philosophy to all processes through continuous improvement.
  • To prioritize the personal and professional development of our employees through training for the advancement of product safety and quality culture.

FSC Policy:

According to the FSC-COC system we implement,

  • Not to be directly or indirectly involved in illegal logging, the trade of illegal timber or forest products,
  • Violation of traditional and human rights in forestry operations,
  • Destruction of high conservation values in forestry operations,
  • Significant conversion of forests to plantations or non-forest use,
  • Introduction of genetically modified organisms in forestry operations,
  • Violation of any of the International Labour Organization (ILO)’s Core Conventions.

Environmental Policy:

According to the environmental management system we implement,

  • To identify the environmental aspects of our products, detect their impacts, types, and damages in order to minimize pollution and waste, and dispose of our hazardous waste with the least environmental impact.
  • To use food-compatible and legally approved materials for all internal and external cleaning needs.
  • To classify our waste at the source and to deliver those that can be recycled to licensed companies in accordance with environmental legislation without charge.
  • To continuously improve the performance of our environmental management system.
  • To commit to enhancing environmental awareness among our employees and the community by collaborating with everyone in the chain from our suppliers to our customers.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy:

AFMPACK aims to apply and develop the Occupational Health and Safety Management System with a preventive approach in all its activities, and to create healthy and safe working conditions. Our goal is ‘Zero Work Accidents’ and ‘Zero Occupational Diseases’. In this context;

  • To implement an Occupational Health and Safety Management System that is understandable, monitorable, and continuously improving at all levels to achieve and maintain occupational health and safety objectives.
  • To provide the necessary resources to achieve the set goals and objectives under the leadership of department managers.
  • To eliminate hazards, reduce occupational health and safety risks, and prevent work accidents and occupational diseases.
  • To comply with legal and other requirements related to compliance obligations.
